hi, im building a warrior II from stock materials (well upto now anyway) and need to know what the ideal sized boiler should be used, and at what running pressure?

It depends on what you plan to use it for. If it is for display then a small 3" vertical boiler would suite and working pressure no more than 20psi will do.
If you are planning on using it else where then would be a good idea to get hold of back copies of Model Engineer vols 146-147 where it was first described Re: Other Stationary Engines

Hi, I have all the castings and plans for the Popular Vee Twin engines and was wondering where to start with this, seeing that it will be the first time for me!
